Here's the Fox News Story 8/4/10 per Linda Daley La Plata County Clerk she had sent all the ballot out on time and see no need for the waiver. She has spoken to El Paso County Clerk which has the largest portion of military ballots in the state of Colorado and he has confirmed that their office has also sent all the ballots out. According to the Sec. of State there were several states requesting this waiver but he did not list which ones in his letter. |
